Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, and

Availability of airline seats and hotel rooms is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
We are not liable for any loss incurred due to Visa denial or delay, and no refund will be applicable.
Visa processing duration is at the discretion of the consulate/embassy.
In case of unavailability in listed hotels, similar standard accommodation will be arranged.
Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal.
Air conditioning may not be available in hill areas.
Package rates are subject to change without prior notice due to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, etc.
We will endeavor to make suitable alternate arrangements but will not be held liable for refunds/compensation claims.
All guests must carry valid photo IDs (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card).
PAN Card is not accepted at many places.
Cancellation charges will apply based on the date of departure and cancellation.
Cancellation charges for transport tickets follow the rules of the respective authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE, and guests are responsible for cancellation charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving the refund from the respective authorities.
Processing charges will be
deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation terms:
Cancellation initiated 30 days or more prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the package price.
Cancellation occurring between 15 to 30 days before departure will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the package
price.
Cancellation within 15 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the package price.
Failure to show up
for the departure will result in a cancellation charge of 100% of the package price.
Loss/Damage:
The company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings while guests are staying at the hotel or traveling
on the coach.
In the event of theft or loss of baggage, tour participants may choose to file complaints with local authorities at their own discretion,
assuming all associated costs, risks, and consequences.
